Register machinery space tanks per IOPP Certificate Supplement (Form A/B). Sludge tanks = §3.1, bilge holding tanks = §3.3. Tank capacities are used to validate entries and detect anomalies.

IOPP §3.1: Oil residue (sludge) tanks — capacities must match IOPP Certificate.
IOPP §3.3: Bilge water holding tanks — voluntary but recommended for validation.
Reg.12: Adequate means for storage of oil residues. Tank capacities validated against Code C/D/H entries.
